Connecting your custom domain from billgang.store to bgng.io is a straightforward process. Follow the steps below to begin transitioning your domain with our new platform infrastructure update:
Before re-pointing your custom domain, please confirm that you've deleted your domain from via https://dash.billgang.com/settings/domains. After deleting your existing domain, follow the steps below to re-point your domain to bgng.io.

Connect Your Domain on Cloudflare
Start by creating an account on Cloudflare if you do not already have one.
When you've created your account, tap on the “Add a website or application” button and enter your custom domain (without
https://orwww.).Choose the "Free" plan and confirm your selection.
Cloudflare will automatically scan your DNS records. Click “Start quick scan” to proceed.
Review your DNS records and delete all records except for any necessary
MXrecords, which handle email routing.
Update Nameservers
Log in to your domain registrar account (e.g., Namecheap, GoDaddy) and navigate to the “Domain” section to find the “Nameservers” settings.
Select the option to use custom nameservers then enter the nameservers provided by Cloudflare (located in the Cloudflare DNS settings).
Save your updated nameserver settings to point your domain to Cloudflare.
Configure Domain on Billgang
Add your domain to your Billgang storefront with our custom domain feature via https://dash.billgang.com/settings/domains
Our systems will automatically provide you with various records for domain verification.
When you receive your records, update these records on Cloudflare to the exact requirements. You can do this by first returning to Cloudflare then going straight to your DNS settings. When you're there, click “Add record” and select the record and enter the provided name and content fields from Billgang, then save the changes.
You're All Set
Once you believe you've completely added all of the records, you'll need to return to your Billgang domain settings and click “Next.” We recommend selecting the “Check Records” button to verify your domain connection as well.
Domain verification may take up to 24 hours to propagate fully, although it can be completed in minutes. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our support team through the bgng.io dashboard.
