A simple guide to contacting our team through our various support channels

For business/enterprise customers with a dedicated account manager, you'll receive best-in-class response times of less than one hour.

For customers on a subscription plan, response times are tied to your subscription level. This may range from 3 hours to 12 hours.

Our support channels are limited to optimizing how and when we respond. Here's how you can contact us:

Our team has decided to no longer support a public facing Discord community and will opt for customer-to-business communications privately, with live chat available across the board. Scale and Enterprise customers will continue to receive 1-on-1 private communication with the founders in a private community channel.
