How do I enable Revolut Pay for my store?
Updated this week

Revolut is a comprehensive digital banking platform that offers merchant services for businesses. Billgang has integrated Revolut as a payment processor, which means you are now able to accept Revolut payments for your digital products via our platform and API.

Businesses can enable Revolut in just a few steps and start accepting payments within minutes. To get started:

  • Navigate to your payments tab under shop settings

  • Tap on the Revolut button

  • Enter your Revolut API Secret Key (found in your Revolut Business account)

  • Save the settings

... and you're set! Your customers can now select various Revolut-powered payment options at checkout.

To connect your Revolut Business account to Billgang, you'll need to obtain your API Secret Key:

  1. Log in to your Revolut Business dashboard

  2. Navigate to "Developer" section in the sidebar menu

  3. Select "API keys"

  4. Click "Create new API key"

  5. Name your key (e.g., "Payment Integration")

  6. Copy the generated Secret Key immediately (it will only be shown once)

  7. Paste this key into your Billgang payments settings

Note: You must have an activated merchant account with Revolut Business to use these payment features.

When you integrate Revolut with Billgang, your customers will have access to the following payment options:

  • Revolut Pay

  • Apple Pay or Google Pay (depending on the customer's browser or device)

  • Credit or debit card

  • Easy bank transfer (UK only)

Advanced Settings

Revolut integration offers several advanced settings to customize your payment experience:

  • Choose which currencies you want to accept through Revolut

  • Customize how charges appear on your customers' statements

  • Set up instant notifications for payment events

  • Enable additional security measures to protect against fraudulent transactions

If you'd like to block customers from purchasing products with a VPN or Proxy, feel free to enable the "Block customers with a VPN/proxy or high fraud score" toggle.
