Billgang makes it very easy to link your Tawk live chat widget and start responding to customer questions in minutes. Here's how.
Navigate to your integrations tab under the website builder.
You can find your Tawk embed code by tapping on the "Settings" gear icon, then selecting "Chat Widget" under "Channels".
Copy the ID after "https://tawk.to/chat/" and paste it into the Billgang section. Do not include the "https://tawk.to/chat/".

Save the settings by clicking "Save Changes" on the upper right side of the website builder.
That's it! Tawk has been linked to your store and you can now respond to customer questions and concerns right from your storefront.
