Integrating Crisp live chat with your Billgang store enhances customer engagement and support. Here's a straightforward guide to get you started.

Step 1: Register with Crisp

First, you need to create an account on Crisp. This is essential for obtaining your unique Crisp Website ID, which will link Crisp to your Billgang store. Begin by visiting Crisp’s registration page.

Step 2: Create Your Workspace

After registering, add your Billgang domain in the "Website domain" section of your Crisp account. Click on the Crisp icon, then click the "Create a new workspace" button.

The "Website name" field is flexible and can be named as you wish.

Step 3: Access Your Crisp ID

Once you have created your workspace, head over to the "Workspace Settings -> Setup Instructions" in your Crisp account. This is where you'll find crucial information for integration - your Website ID.

Step 4: Link Crisp to Your Billgang Store

Now, visit your Billgang Integration Settings. Here, you will link your Crisp account to your Billgang store using the Website ID you found earlier.
